Week 15 Training

I hope everyone is doing well...we have wrapped up week 14 and we are less than 2 months from the race. I plan to post some travel details later this week but I wanted to post your running schedule this morning.

Check out Whitney's post for the Azelea trail run...I would love to run that with all of you...many of us will have to run the course more than once to get our distance in but it will be fun.
