We had a good group run this Saturday with 4 runners...I hope we can run with more of you this Saturday.

All Half Marathoners

Day 1: 3 miles

Day 2: 3 miles 

Day 3: 4 miles

Day 4: 3 miles

Day 5: 4 miles

Marathoners

Mon 4 miles
Wed 5 miles
Thurs 4 miles
Sat 11 miles
