Week 12 Training

I Hope everyone had a great week of training...I hope all of you half marathoners enjoyed your recovery week...back to it this week. On a bright note I bought my marathon shoes and Whitney and I both registered for the race...I plan to make dinner reservations the night before the race at Maggiano's later this week. Who is in?

Monday 4 miles
Wednesday 6 miles
Thursday 4 miles
Saturday 15 miles

Half Marathon Plan

Monday 3 miles
Wednesday 4 miles
Thursday 3 miles
Saturday 5 miles
