Week 13 Training Schedule

I'm not sure about the rest of you but week 12 was the hardest week so far on our schedule!

Here is your week 13 schedule.

Marathoners

Mon 4 miles
Wed 7 miles
Thurs 4 miles
Sat 16 miles

Half Marathoners

Monday 3 miles
Wednesday 4 miles
Thursday 3 miles
Saturday 6 miles

Good luck....I hope we can run together this weekend.
